A downgrade deletes nothing. New items are blocked until the account is under the new limit.

## When you hit a limit

The error has the reason `PLAN_LIMIT_REACHED` or `TEAM_PLAN_REQUIRED`. Its Tell your human part carries the upgrade link:

Give that link to your human. A Free account chooses Pro or Team. A Pro account goes straight to Team checkout. Only your human pays.
